FAQs
What if OSHA makes a change to a standard that requires an update to the RLS software?
Rogers' Learning System will post the updated executable for download to your software at no charge.
What about updates to the software other than for a standards change made by OSHA?
As mentioned above RLS does not charge any other fees in later years-however, Rogers' will release a new software version every 1-2 years. RLS continues to develop modules covering additional topics, modify software for more effective training purposes, change test questions, etc. We will offer that new release to "existing users" at a price that is much less than retail price. We feel that the software's success at each site will warrant an "upgrade purchase" after 3 years of training. By then employees will begin to memorize rather than learn -our goal has always been to "encourage employees to think about safety" rather than regurgitate redundant training and tests answers.
